Role Overview
We are seeking an ETL Data Engineer to join a team delivering high-quality ETL and data integration solutions supporting Process Intelligence initiatives.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data models that feed process-mining platforms.
Celonis and Celonis Platform Administration experience is optional. Candidates with strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data integration skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes and data models to integrate source data into a Process Intelligence platform such as Celonis.
• Participate in analysis sessions and collaborate with data analysts to document data mappings and ETL requirements.
• Build reliable and secure connections to source systems using JDBC, Kafka, APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Validate data ingestion and ensure data quality throughout the integration process.
• Implement and optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and data integrity.
• Design and implement audit and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy from application platforms to the process-mining environment.
• Provide operational support for production ETL jobs and troubleshoot failures, data issues, and performance problems.
• Define and enforce governance, access controls, and best practices for process data and ETL artifacts.
• Collaborate with business teams, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and infrastructure teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
