Serving as a strategic partner to campus leadership, the individual aligns event strategy with hiring priorities to drive targeted, high-impact university engagement. They ensure seamless execution across all phases\u2014from planning and stakeholder alignment to day-of delivery and post-event follow-up\u2014while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and operational excellence.\n \nKey Responsibilities: \n\n Lead the full lifecycle of campus recruiting events, overseeing a high-volume annual portfolio that includes info sessions, on-campus events, and career fairs\u2014from planning and registration through execution and post-event follow-up.\n Partner strategically with client campus leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on event strategy, prioritize engagements, and ensure recruiting activities support hiring needs, timelines, and established processes.\n Drive stakeholder alignment and operational readiness through regular touchpoints and structured pre-event logistics calls, ensuring clarity across roles, expectations, and execution plans.\n Manage event logistics and execution, including registration accuracy, on-site or day-of-event coordination, and real-time problem-solving to deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.\n Coordinate branded materials and swag distribution in partnership with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective employer brand representation.\n Oversee post-event communications and follow-up, ensuring timely engagement with candidates and stakeholders to maximize recruiting outcomes.\n Track, analyze, and present university and internship recruiting metrics to client campus and executive leadership, providing insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.\n Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration with client campus and conference teams to enhance efficiency, scale, and quality across campus programs.\n Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to campus liaisons and coordinators, fostering professional development, strong collaboration, and consistent, high-quality campus partnerships.\n Deliver responsive, proactive support to internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships built on credibility, trust, and a solution-oriented mindset.\n \nRequired Skills:\n\n 1+ years of university recruitment experience\n 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience\n 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process\n Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders clearly and confidently\n Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment\n Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and facilitating discussions across varying levels of the organization\n Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet competing deadlines\n Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year\n High School Diploma\n \nPreferred Skills:\n\n Bachelor's degree\n 4+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience\n* 4+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches\n \nKorn Ferry may use AI as part of its recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by humans.\n \nInternal Mobility at Korn Ferry\n \nIf you currently work for Korn Ferry or one of our affiliates, you must be eligible to\n\n
