This is more than just another security position - you'll be joining a new client account during one of the busiest and most important times of the retail year.

YOUR ROLE

As a Metro One Security Officer, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for clients, employees, and customers.

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Protect clients, employees, customers, and assets
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor the property and conduct patrols
• Identify and report security concerns
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures
• Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
• Follow Metro One and client policies, including our hands-off policy
• Represent Metro One and our client's brand with professionalism

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Active California Guard Card or ability to obtain one
• Professional appearance and business-casual attire
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
