Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all personnel, visitors, and property.
- Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment.
- Control entry to the premises, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, and take appropriate action as needed.
- Identify and report irregularities, enforce site-specific rules, and manage incidents involving trespassing or unauthorized access.
- Prepare thorough and accurate reports detailing observations, interviews, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both written and verbal communication.
- Smartphone for communication and digital reporting.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting systems.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with willingness to work overtime when needed
