Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant for their Dallas, TX/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support UKG Pro WFM solutions with a focus on Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Absence Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG configurations and functional solutions.
- Design and maintain workforce management rules, accrual policies, attendance policies, schedules, and time validation processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administration, and IT teams to support workforce management initiatives.
- Develop functional specifications for UKG configuration enhancements and system changes.
- Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in partnership with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Create Dataviews and generate operational and management reports to support business requirements.
- Execute SQL queries against Oracle and MS SQL databases to investigate issues and perform data analysis.
- Support and troubleshoot existing UKG integrations and interfaces.
- Configure, maintain, and support Kronos InTouch and InTouch DX clocks.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
- Evaluate current workforce management processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Serve as the UKG/Kronos SME and provide guidance on best practices, system functionality, and future enhancements.
