- As a machinist you will develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, Wire EDM, or 3 to 5 axis Milling centers.
Requirements:
- Client is looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn advanced machining skills.
- This position will require a machinist with a knack for precision, quality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, strong teamwork, a positive attitude, dedication, and job flexibility are a must.
- In addition, you will interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management as well as production/NPI Schedulers.
- Experience with any/all of the following is highly desired:
- CNC Turning
- Swiss Style Lathes
- Mill/Turn Machine Center
- Wire EDM
- Advanced Metrology
- CNC Programming/CAM Programming Software
- CAD/Solid Modeling
- Tool Grinding
- Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
