Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions. What Youll Do This position includes company vehicle benefits 401K and is bonus eligiblePlan and develop customer turf and ornamental plans including fertilizer seed disease pest and water management program portfolios Responsible to the Turf & Ornamental Sales Manager Expand customers trust to be the agronomic business partner of choiceIntegrate and position proprietary products into customer business plansRecognize and communicate company finance programs when applicableKeep confidential customer information accurate records and organized business plansMake safety a daily priorityOther duties as requiredWhat Youll Bring 2 years experience in Turf Ornamental Plant Health Care Chemicals and Fertilizer 2 or 4 year degree in related field is preferred Demonstrated leadership experience in Turf and Ornamental or a combination of education and work experienceValid Drivers LicenseAbility to work additional hours to meet business demandsProficient use of computer programs to include Excel Word Outlook and PowerPointCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this role in Vermont is between 90000 - 130000 per year. While we provide this range as general guidance several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to candidate skill set experience and training licensure and certifications work location and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical dental vision coverage and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
