Organize and manage case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records. Assist with trial preparation, including drafting and filing legal documents. Coordinate with attorneys and external parties to gather case-related information. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments. Prepare exhibits, evidence, and presentations for court proceedings. Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documentation. Provide on-site trial support, including managing materials and coordinating logistics. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.

A successful Trial Litigation Paralegal should have: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Experience with legal research tools and case management software. Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
