Description
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Treasury Manager responsible for overseeing cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, and financial controls. This role manages liquidity, supports financial decision-making, and ensures effective treasury processes within a complex, high-revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and overall cash management activities
- Monitor cash balances and support short- and long-term cash forecasting
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit card processors
- Oversee banking transactions and treasury-related activities
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls surrounding cash and treasury operations
- Monitor treasury activities for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Develop financial and treasury reporting for management
- Build and maintain dashboards to track cash and treasury metrics
- Analyze treasury data and provide recommendations to leadership
- Support banking services, credit facilities, and other financial arrangements
- Assist with bond-related activities as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong cash management and treasury experience
- Experience managing banking relationships and working with credit card processors
- Strong understanding of internal controls and treasury processes
- Experience working within a large or upper mid-market organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP
- Experience developing dashboards and financial reporting
- Experience with Kyriba or similar treasury management systems preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
