Traveling Superintendent - National Design-Build Projects

Description

• Lead field operations from mobilisation through project closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and daily site activities
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams throughout delivery
• Oversee interior build-outs, renovations, expansions, and select ground-up projects
• Travel nationally to support projects across multiple states

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Background in tenant improvements, renovations, expansions, or design-build projects
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects ranging from 4-12 weeks in duration
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
• Stable employment history and willingness to travel extensively

Job Offer

• Salary range between USD 90.000 and USD 110.000 annually + 25%+ annual bonus potential
