Description

An established general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on a large-scale industrial construction project in the Southeast. This role requires a proven leader capable of overseeing complex tilt-wall construction from groundbreaking through completion.

Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for a large ground-up industrial project
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety programs, and quality control processes
  • Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement throughout construction
  • Coordinate closely with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and contract requirements

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on industrial construction projects
  • Strong background delivering tilt-wall warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution facilities
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated project tenure
  • Ability to provide a detailed project list highlighting project scope and values
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills

Job Offer
