ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking an experienced Industrial/Tilt Superintendent with 10+ years of experience leading projects. As an ARCO/Murray Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to manage all day-to-day tasks associated with construction and field operations for your project from day one. Our goal is to empower you in the field and give you, as well as the rest of your Project team, all the tools you'll need to bring your project to completion on schedule, within budget, and per the project specifications!
A Day in the Life:
Necessary Qualifications:
10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a project lead Superintendent
Prior experience completing ground-up Industrial project, preferably in Northern California
Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds

Typical base compensation for the Superintendent role is between $110,000 and $160,000. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
