Description
- Lead execution of a $30M life sciences manufacturing project from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Coordinate project teams to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with executive leadership and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, and construction activities.
- Manage and coordinate MEP scopes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support design-build delivery efforts and collaborate with design partners.
- Mentor project team members and contribute to a strong, team-oriented culture.
- Utilize construction management software and reporting tools to track project progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding regional operation.

Profile
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience delivering life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, mission critical, healthcare, industrial, or other technically complex projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Design-build project experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Desire to mentor junior team members and contribute to team success.
- Stable career history with demonstrated project progression.
- Experience with construction management software platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

- Annual bonus target of 20% with uncapped earning potential
