Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

  • Managing all phases of commercial construction projects
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading project meetings and driving communication across stakeholders
  • Monitoring project performance, risk mitigation, and cost controls
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Supporting successful project delivery from inception through completion

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and maintain client relationships
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with design-build delivery methods is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
