Description

This Traveling APM role supports project leadership on ground-up and large-scale industrial construction projects across AL, OH, and TX. The position is jobsite-based, with a structured travel rotation allowing team members to return home every other week.

Description

  • Assist in managing ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation
  • Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting across all phases

Profile

  • 3-7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Exposure to light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or similar project types preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel full-time to project sites

Job Offer

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000.
  • Truck allowance + gas card.
  • $1,150/week per diem.
  • ESOP program.
  • Structured travel rotation (home every other week).
  • Exposure to multi-state industrial projects.
