    Job Title: Traveling Construction Superintendent

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Compensation yearly: $100.000.00-$125,000.00

    Benefits: a. Medical & Dental b. 401 K c. 10 days Paid Time Off (succeeding 1st year) d. 6 Major Holidays/Year e. Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance

    Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for this position is to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budgets.

    Reports To: Project Manager Job Summary: Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

    General Summary of Duties: Construction superintendents monitor projects from planning to completion, including tasks such as budgeting manpower & resources, and scheduling. Assisting in the creation and monitoring good execution of the project schedule. They follow quality control procedures, enforce standards, and adhere to the safety and security needs of the construction site.

    Travel: Travel to jobsites daily for personnel/job management and progress review.
