Description

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets required standards.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on project status.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote efficiency and safety.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges in a timely and professional manner.
