Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Step Down / IMC / PCU setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; clinicians will be required to complete a proctored rhythm identification test upon start (two attempts allowed, open-answer format)
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit dress code: Navy Blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of IMC/PCU/Step Down experience within the past 3 years
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — no local travelers eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation skills
• Experience working in a high-acuity intermediate or progressive care environment
