Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• Experience with wound care preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to work night shift nursing schedules and adapt to changing needs
• Comfortable providing care in a fast-paced telemetry nursing environment
• Travel nurse candidates must meet standard submission requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and assess patients for changes in condition
• Administer medications and perform ordered treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR
• Deliver wound care as needed based on patient needs and unit protocols
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach in a busy acute care setting
