Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele or telemetry nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Experience with wound care strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and support a flexible floating assignment
• Comfort working in a fast-paced acute care, medical-surgical, and telemetry setting

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols
• Collaborate with the care team to promote safe, effective, patient-centered outcomes
• Support wound care needs and assist with routine bedside nursing interventions
• Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain organized, timely charting
• Adapt to floating assignments as needed while maintaining excellent patient care
