Key Responsibilities
- Perform scrub technologist duties in an operating room setting across a variety of surgical procedures
- Provide on-call coverage as required, including weekends and holidays
- Function effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced Level 1 Trauma environment
- Maintain sterile field and assist surgical team throughout operative procedures
- Adapt to variable case assignments without block scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Prior travel assignment experience required
- Level 1 Trauma center experience required
- High proficiency across a broad surgical skills set
- Ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Burn unit or burn surgery experience strongly preferred
- Experience in high-volume, complex trauma surgical cases
