Pay: $2,380.80 per week
Shifts: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Seven Healthcare are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to join a dynamic operating room team on a travel assignment in Corpus Christi, TX. This role focuses on providing high-quality surgical support within a variety of specialties including Neurosurgery, General, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, ENT, and Vascular surgery. You will be operating in a state-of-the-art environment, contributing to excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician- Assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients
- Maintain aseptic techniques and actively monitor situations to prevent breaches
- Transport patients to and from the Operating Room suite
- Prepare and position patients and identify biological specimens
- Set up the Operating Room with tables, instruments, and supplies according to the case
- Establish and maintain sterile fields and assist physicians during surgical procedures
- Utilize physician preference cards and ensure they are current
- Work effectively as part of the surgical team and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of Surgical Technology program or accredited LVN/LPN program required
- 2 or more years of experience preferred
- BLS certification (AHA only) required
- Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN License required
