Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technician duties within the cardiovascular operating room (CVOR)
• Work a rotating schedule that includes one Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift per scheduling period (shifts do not need to be consecutive)
• Adhere to weekday shift times of 5:00 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, and weekend/holiday shift times of 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Participate in holiday rotation, including weekends surrounding holidays
• Float to the General OR as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR scrub technician experience
• Active Surgical Technologist certification or applicable state licensure as required
• Ability to work a variable schedule averaging approximately 70 or more hours per four-week period, which may vary
• Willingness to participate in holiday and weekend rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to General OR environments
• Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced surgical setting
