Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Transplant PCU night shift position requiring 18 months of telemetry/PCU experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Work in the Transplant Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital environment
• Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• BLS certification
• Minimum 18 months of recent RN experience in PCU/telemetry setting
• Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history

Additional Information

• Provide progressive care nursing services to transplant patient population
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Requested time off (RTO) is limited to a maximum of 5 days if it does not fall on or near a holiday, or 3 days if it does
• Only one holiday request is allowed per assignment, and RTO must be spread out rather than clustered around holidays
