- Minimum 1-year experience as a Social Worker preferrable in an acute care setting
- Active CO licensure
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Discharge planning
- ED experience
- Palliative Care Knowledge and GOC Conversation
- Behavioral Health experience with substance uses assessments
