Shift Details: -

• Shift- Night Shift (7 PM to 7:00 AM)

• Weekend Hours: 12hrs (Every other or Every Third weekend)

• Call Requirements: No

• Float Requirements: Yes 

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs 

• Additional Notes: Tele Overflow 

 
Hiring Profile: -

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Meditech, 1.5+ years of RN experience (ICU and IMU), BLS/ACLS, EKG interpretation, critical thinking skills, knowledge of critical drips (vasopressors, sedation) titration knowledge.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience:  Teamwork

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, ARF, DKA, Sepsis, Shock 
  Personality Fit: Team oriented and flexible and adaptable  

• Required Education: Associate degree, BSN preferred

 
Unit Information: -

• Number of Beds: 16

• Patient Ratios: ICU 2:1, IMU 3:1, Tele 1:5

• Equipment: Cardiac monitor, Hill-Rom Progressive Care series with bed scale, Client Glucometer, EndoTool, Bair Hugger, TR band, Hotline 3 fluid warmer, Baxter IV pumps, Bedside Dialysis capability 

• EHR: Meditech EMR

• Supervisor: Clinical Staff Lead or Charge Nurse • Patient Population adult
