    Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – Travel Contract

    Contract | Travel | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12s) | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide cardiopulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations in accordance with approved protocols and department policies
    • Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
    • Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas and maintain patient airways
    • Manage mechanical ventilators and perform intubations as required
    • Perform arterial blood gas collection and analysis
    • Provide coverage across ICU, general floors, Emergency Department, and as needed in NICU and Pediatrics
    Required Qualifications
    • Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
    • Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
    • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • Experience in ICU, general floor, and Emergency Department settings
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Some exposure to NICU and Pediatrics sufficient to support ED coverage needs
    • Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting
