Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services in a pediatric (PEDS) care setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor pediatric patients with respiratory conditions
- Operate and manage respiratory equipment appropriate for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Active Florida Respiratory Therapy license – must be in hand
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Pediatric experience required
- BLS certification required
- PALS and/or NRP certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity pediatric environment
- Familiarity with a wide range of pediatric respiratory conditions and treatment modalities
