Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU, ED, and general pediatric care areas
- Deliver critical care respiratory support in PICU, NICU, and Emergency Department settings
- Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands
- Document patient care and treatment using Epic EMR
- Adhere to all facility compliance requirements including nicotine-free and vaccination policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Pediatric experience required
- Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and ED required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Active Georgia Respiratory Therapy license required at time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Flu vaccination for the 2025–2026 flu season required; no exemptions accepted (including medical or religious)
- Must pass nicotine screening in addition to standard drug screen
- Must be open to floating between units
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Level I Trauma center experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
