    Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | 13-Week Assignment with Possible Extension

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services in a busy pediatric hospital setting, including ED and ICU environments
    • Float to sister facilities as required, demonstrating flexibility across multiple care settings
    • Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment including V-60, Servo-i, Drager, Hamilton T-1, Vapotherm, and Optiflow
    • Perform flight management at an intermediate to advanced level, manage ventilators, and support triage in a Level I Trauma environment
    • Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
    • Participate in holiday coverage as scheduled; minimal to no requested time off during assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential with proof of certification required
    • Active Georgia Respiratory Care Professional license in hand at time of submittal
    • Copy of diploma or associate degree from an accredited RRT program required
    • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA only) certifications required
    • Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience required
    • Pediatric (PEDS) experience required
    • Epic EMR charting experience required
    • Proficiency with V-60, Servo-i, Drager, Hamilton T-1, Vapotherm, and Optiflow required
    • Skills in flight management (intermediate/advanced), ventilator management, triage, and Level I Trauma required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Recent travel/contract assignment experience preferred
    • First-time travelers accepted if resume demonstrates the required skills and experience
