Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility position requiring 2+ years of experience and an active IN or compact RN license.

Details

  • 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting
  • Rehab Nursing IRF unit serving patients on the 1st and 2nd floors
  • Adult patient population recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
  • Patient ratio of 1:6
  • Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Every other weekend required
  • Uses Epic EHR

Requirements

  • Active RN license (Indiana or compact) required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • AHA certifications required
  • Active Nursys licensure required at time of consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide comprehensive rehabilitative nursing care within a physical medicine and rehabilitation program
  • Navy scrub color required
  • Report time is 7a or 7p
  • Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
  • Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
  • Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
