Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: CRT NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: 3 years preferred, including at least one year in a large Level 1 Trauma Center License: NE State License preferred, RRT preferred Certifications: ACLS, BLS required, CRT required Must-Have: - Level 1 Trauma experience - Epic charting experience preferred - 100% nicotine-free facility Description: NE state license is preferred as licensing may take 6-8 weeks. No overtime until after 48 hours. Three years of experience is preferred, with at least one year in a large Level 1 Trauma Center. First-time travelers are accepted. Individuals must have experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting. Epic charting experience is preferred. This facility is 100% nicotine-free. This role includes critical care responsibilities in the NICU setting. Candidates should have skills in adult critical care and pediatric critical care. Additional skills include assisting in high-risk delivery, interpreting arterial blood gases, and experience with various ventilators and respiratory care techniques. Candidates must be able to manage special procedures and have a high level of critical thinking in emergency situations.
