Adult X-Ray Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Adult X-Ray Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract. This position requires work Monday through Friday, with shifts from 11:30 PM to 8 AM. The successful candidate will rotate every other weekend and may be assigned to work during holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Record and manage patient data accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Certification and/or licensure as an X-Ray Technologist.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of radiographic techniques and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
