Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Special Procedures Technologist with 2+ years of recent IR/EVOR experience and Cerner proficiency.

Details

• Interventional Radiology department performing IR procedures and assisting physicians
• 8-hour day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 5 shifts per week
• On-call shifts required

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Current AHA BLS certification
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in IR or EVOR specialty
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Preferred experience in general vascular coronary angiography and special procedures
• Preferred prior catheterization experience

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
• Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
