Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Start times vary between 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM based on volume and machine schedule

Key Responsibilities

Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans
Operate and manage radiation therapy equipment and machine scheduling
Collaborate with the oncology care team to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
Maintain thorough and accurate patient treatment records and documentation
May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed
Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
Valid California state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
All time-off requests and scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of candidacy — post-offer requests may not be accommodated
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler; locals may be considered under separate terms
2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a radiology or cardiology-adjacent radiation therapy setting
Familiarity with high-volume treatment environments and variable machine scheduling
Prior travel therapy experience with demonstrated schedule flexibility
