Patient caseload of 20 patients per machine. Special procedures include Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Stereotactic Body Clienttion Therapy (SBRT). Experience with special equipment such as Toshiba GMCT Simulator is required. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may lead to termination of the assignment. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays throughout the contract. Two references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years are required prior to start. Communication devices needed for the assigned duties will be provided by the client at no cost to the provider. Module completion is required prior to start and is recorded in training transcripts.
