Key Responsibilities
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including TrueBeam linear accelerator
- Accurately document treatment delivery and patient information in oncology information systems
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Monitor patients during treatment and report any changes in condition to the supervising physician
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a radiation therapy setting
- TrueBeam experience required
- Active Massachusetts Radiation Therapist License required
- BLS certification required
- Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be considered at a local rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ARIA oncology information system
- Experience with OSMS (Optical Surface Monitoring System)
