Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Progressive Cardiac Care Unit position on night shift, requiring at least one year of recent telemetry/PCU experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU) setting within a hospital
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current NIH Stroke Certification required for PCU placement
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in telemetry/progressive care specialty
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide telemetry-level nursing care to progressive care patients
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted
