Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and therapist direction
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and updates in a timely and accurate manner
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a subacute or post-acute care setting
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a licensed care facility
