Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and document patient progress accurately
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and outcomes
- Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting state or federal issued identification at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Ability to fulfill a 17-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team setting
