Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in an acute rehabilitation setting
• Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work day shift hours in an onsite acute rehabilitation environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab facility setting
• Familiarity with functional outcome measures and rehabilitation documentation systems
