Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in an acute rehabilitation setting
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab setting
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
