    Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-hour shifts (Mon–Thu 10am–7pm, Fri 9am–6pm); 4x10-hour shift schedule may also be available

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Perform 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions, designing functional programs that support patients' return to community activities
    • Complete medical record documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
    • Participate in student programs as assigned, providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to the applicable State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing in the state of Florida
    • Demonstrated competency in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
    • Knowledge of and adherence to discipline-specific professional code of conduct and ethical standards
    • Ability to comply with safe patient handling and workplace safety policies and procedures
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring PT students
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives
