Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform inpatient evaluations and deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document patient care and progress using Therapy Source EMR (transitioning to ReDoc)
• Collaborate with a small therapy team within a 20-bed Critical Access Hospital environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas state PTA license or compact license eligibility
• AHA BLS certification required
• Associate of Applied Science or Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including inpatient evaluations and therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Therapy Source or ReDoc EMR systems
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or small facility setting
