Physical Therapist needed for ASAP start! Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient. Shift: Either 5x8s or 4x10s DAYS please note on the submission which shift your traveler would like. GHS: 40 hours per week. Weekends: None. Holiday Rotation: None. Float Requirements: None. On Call/Call Back Requirements: None. Length: 6 weeks with potential to extend. Certifications required: AHA BLS, and KS state license/compact. Education: must be appropriate to licensure (DPT for PT from a CAPTE-accredited program). Minimum experience: requesting 2+ years of experience along with Outpatient and Inpatient experience (inpatient evals and therapy). EMR: Therapy Source moving to ReDoc soon.
