Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatments within an outpatient therapy setting using a 1:1 patient ratio
• Utilize routine outpatient PT equipment to deliver individualized patient care
• Document patient care and progress using the ReDoc EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, PTA, and support staff
• Maintain professional standards and a flexible approach to meet the needs of the outpatient unit

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist (PT) license
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with vestibular rehabilitation
• Flexible and adaptable personality well-suited to a dynamic outpatient environment
