    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Conduct 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions, designing functional programs to support effective return to community activities
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific state practice acts and regulatory requirements, maintaining professional licensure in good standing and fulfilling all continuing education requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (Colorado)
    • Demonstrated competency in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
    • Knowledge of and adherence to state practice acts and applicable professional codes of conduct
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards, including safe patient handling and infection control practices
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring PT students
    • Active engagement in continuing education and professional development activities
