Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
• Document patient information for evaluation and maintain documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and all regulatory requirements
• Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and home exercise programs
• Analyze and record the therapeutic progress of patients and recommend necessary adjustments to treatment
• Follow established guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures throughout the therapy process

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota state Physical Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Education level appropriate to state licensure requirements
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient or clinical therapy setting
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and regulatory compliance standards
