Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs for mobility recovery, pain relief, and strength enhancement
- Document patient information for evaluation and maintain records per departmental guidelines
- Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and self-exercises
- Analyze and record therapeutic progress and recommend adjustments as needed
- Adhere to guidelines, regulations, and safety procedures in the therapy process
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Must hold a valid Minnesota state license as a Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtainable within the first 60 days of employment
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
