Skill sets required include AROM, AAROM, PROM, and the use of assistive devices. The position involves working with various diagnoses, including but not limited to COPD, CHF, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disorders. Therapists will use an EMR system for documentation. Supplies for necessary therapy interventions will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable floating to other units as necessary based on skill sets and patient census. This position requires the ability to manage time effectively and assess patient needs.
